He has got a very nice setup, and going to his office is like going to a spa. They have frosted glass, and the counter bowls where I brush my teeth are real cool. The x-rays are digital. There is an adult-only waiting area, which for me is great. I would rate him highly and would continue to use him in the future.

We were completely satisfied. His office was easy to work with and he has a good online system if we had a question or wanted to change an appointment; we could do it from home. He seemed to understand the good use of technology within the sphere but also have good people there. We didn't have to wait forever for the appointments. His office was organized. The braces worked. We were satisfied.

Our dentist recommended that our 11 year old son have his teeth and bite checked by a Orthodontist. His bite is not bad, but she wanted to stay on top of it before it got worst. She highly recommended Dr. Allen S. Garai.

I called to schedule an appointment. The staff was very friendly and set-up a appointment for the following week. Upon arrival, I was very impressed on the modern and high tech facility. It had the feeling of a resort. My son enjoyed the video games in the waiting room while we breifly waited for our appointment. The staff was very friendly and explained all the procedures as they were performed. Dr. Allen S. Garai examined my son's bite and at the end told us that he didn't need any braces at this time. He recommended that we set-up another appointment in one year.

From start to finish Dr. Garai's office is very slick. Sodas, coffees, fresh flowers, current magazines, and video games are in the waiting room. Actual exams with Dr. Garai are on-time and stress-free for my son.

My family has been using Dr. Allen Garai for almost 2 years and I really appreciate the wonderful way that he treats me. I have recommended them to several of my friends and to anyone looking for a good orthodontist in Vienna Virginia. For the past four years my daughter has been a patient of Dr. Garai and my favorite thing about them is that we never have to wait to be seen. I feel that we have built a good relationship with the orthodontist and his staff and that is important. Everyone does a fantastic job of making my daughter feel comfortable at all times. Dr. Garai is always very nice and helpful. He is a great orthodontist. He even goes out of his way to be helpful. One time I didn't even have an appointment and I had a question and he gave me a consultation on the spot. He always goes above and beyond your normal expectations. I enjoy bringing my grandchildren to Dr. Allen Garai DDS because the office staff make it easy and enjoyable. If I had to use just one word to describe them it would be accommodating because the staff go out of their way on a regular basis for me and my family. This really is a top notch orthodontist practice and the kids like going and we like taking them. Dr. Allen Garai DDS is incredibly accommodating. I have two kids and they are flexible and make going to the Orthodontist easy. they always go above and beyond what other Orthodontists would do and treat my family as if it was their own. We lost a retainer at the beach and they got us another one at a reasonable cost. Another example was the time I had a question and I didn't even have an appointment and Dr. Garai gave me a dental consultation without an appointment. A Great orthodontic office for children.I was referred to dr.garai by my dentist who spoke very highly of his practice. I like the nintendo games at each chair. The appointments are short and did not have to wait too long to be seated. I had a chance to watch to US women's soccer game on my last appointment. The music that is played at dr. garai office is not what I would prefer to listen. But overall I recommend him.

Had lingual braces for my top teeth. I visited several other orthodontist who only offered me invisalign. My treatment lasted 9 months. Happy with my smile.

Now that I am in retention,I must write to thank Dr. Garaiand his staff for the excellent orthodontic treatment I received over the past two years and the world-class customer service his office provides. I am delighted with the results of his work. Finally at age 50, I can smile without embarrassment, and easily close my lips over my teeth. I am equally impressed with the manner in which that treatment was offered. Dr. Garai and his staff especially gail and Mary Jane, whom I often saw, answered all my questions thoroughly and honestly, and made a point of explaining procedures before they were underway. Additionally, I was delighted by Dr. Garai's orthodontic office administration. I was always seen precisely at the time of my appointment and quickly and efficiently dispatched. Happy parent. I have had my 2 daughters treated by Dr. Garai and as you can imagine have been to Dr. Garai's office many.... times. I can truely say that I have had the best experience having my children treated at Dr. Garai's office. First and most importantly is the final result with which me and both of my daughters are extremely happy with. Dr. Garai and his staff were always there with a lot of patience to answer all my questions. Making appointments were always easy and they were really flexible. My younger daughter just had her braces removed and we could not be happier. I am so glad with our decision to pick Dr. Garai as our orthodontist. I STRONGLY recommend Dr.Garai to anyone who is seeking an orthodonist.

Love my Lingual Braces Dr Allen Garai was referred to me by my dentist and came highly recommended by others. I have had my lingual braces for 4 months now and just love them.I could not see myself getting the visible braces and I am glad this option was available for me. Dr.Garai is very competent and has highly qualified staff. If you are looking for a nonvisible type of braces i highly recommend the lingual braces at dr.garai's office.

Friendly,Competent Doctor As a medical doctor I chose to have several consultations with local orthodontists before meeting Dr. Garai. I found him very kind and helpful. I recommend his practice.
